1. This service is available on the portal called “ORS Patient Portal,” so just open it.
2. On the web homepage, you need to complete the login process by clicking on the Login/Register option.
3. Kindly enter your login credentials to log in to your account.
4. After that, tap on the option called “My Appointment”.
5. Finally, you can able to use the various online services from the portal.
6. So if you want to reschedule an appointment, just click on the option called “Reschedule Booking” to modify or reschedule the appointment.
7. Now you have to just select a fresh Date and Time for your upcoming appointment from the available slots to confirm the changes.

• Then you need to choose the Mode of Appointment. Select the Physical Appointment Mode under the section of Teleconsult section.
• In the Appointment type section, you will get two options: New Appointment for a New Patient and Follow-Up Appointment for an Old Patient, who wants to revisit.
• So you are an Old patient, let’s click on the Follow-Up Appointment.
• To access the other services, don’t forget to log in to the portal by using your Login credentials.
• To continue the process, you must enter the UHID/ Registration Number.
• You can find your Registration Number on your Old OPD Slip.
• Kindly enter the UHID no and then click on the Get OTP. Fill up the OTP in the action.
• Now click on the Verify option, and you will be taken to the next page.
• Next, all your personal and demographic details will be shown on the screen.
• After selecting the Appointment option, select the Follow-Up Appointment option once more.
• Next, click the appointment date to confirm the time and day of your appointment. Click the “proceed” button now.
• Details about the appointment will appear on the following page. You must click the “Book Appointment” button here.
• Lastly, an appointment for your AIIMS Delhi OPD Follow-Up will be scheduled.
• Clicking the print option will allow you to download the appointment slip.
